Acura of Libertyville is excited to announce an opportunity to join our E-COMMERCE DEPT as a E-COMMERCE SALES SPECIALIST, dealing exclusively with leads generated by our e-commerce initiatives including leads generated by our website (www.acuralib.com), AutoTrader.com, Cars.com, AutoUSA and other sources.

We're seeking a talented individual to work directly with our new Acura and used car clients and with our General Sales Manager and Sales Management team to ensure no sales opportunity is missed, and that all leads are responded to in a consistent, professional manner.

This position requires the ability to handle a "start-to-finish" sales process on a significant load of high-quality, paid and organic internet leads.

Sales Experience and Internet Savvy are Required!!

-Vehicle commissions and monthly volume and incentive bonuses. Generous aftermarket and accessory spiff program. Bonuses paid on products sold in finance department to your customers.
-All in, we pay out over $600 per vehicle sold on average (salary, bonus, commission, spiffs)

A VEHICLE SALES & LEASING CONSULTANT is responsible for selling new and pre-owned vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards. This position includes four broad areas of activity: personal work habits, prospecting, selling and follow-up.  The Sales Associate will provide customers with product information and excellent customer service to ensure a positive buying experience.
New and Used Car Sales - New and Used Auto Sales - New and Used Automotive Sales Duties and Responsibilities:
Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and devote himself/herself to guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
Report to Management regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analyses. Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
Keep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers.
Demonstrate new and used vehicles (includes test drives).
Deliver vehicles to customers. The delivery process ensures that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork, and it will lay the foundation for customer loyalty.
Sell vehicles utilizing the Acura of Libertyville Sales Process.
Demonstrate an understanding that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction and being devoted to guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
Prospect on a day-to-day basis by phone, mail, and person to person - maintain a prospect development system.
Understand the dealerships inventory on a daily basis.
Introduce customers to the Service Department emphasizing to customers the quality and efficiency of the dealership's service operations.
Attend sales meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in our products.
Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively.
Know and understand equity and values, and be able to explain depreciation to the customer.
Know and understand the federal, state and local laws which govern retail auto sales.
Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.
