Acura of Libertyville is excited to announce an opportunity to join our E-COMMERCE DEPT as a E-COMMERCE SALES SPECIALIST, dealing exclusively with leads generated by our e-commerce initiatives including leads generated by our website (www.acuralib.com), AutoTrader.com, Cars.com, AutoUSA and other sources.
We're seeking a talented individual to work directly with our new Acura and used car clients and with our General Sales Manager and Sales Management team to ensure no sales opportunity is missed, and that all leads are responded to in a consistent, professional manner.
This position requires the ability to handle a "start-to-finish" sales process on a significant load of high-quality, paid and organic internet leads.
Sales Experience and Internet Savvy are Required!!
-Professional appearance, work ethic and attitude -Proven track-record of achieving or over-achieving goals -High-energy personality -Process-oriented with an ability to adapt to changes quickly as technology and practices develop and evolve -Superior Customer Service skills -Ability to work as part of a team and individually -Strong organizational ability and task management -Tenacious yet professional follow up on customer inquiries -Ability to learn various software applications quickly, and prepare basic reports for management in MS Excel, generally computer literate -High energy and desire to be successful and grow personal income as well as promote success of dealership -Live within a reasonable commuting distance of Libertyville, IL -Ability and willingness to follow up on high importance leads from home in the mornings, at night time, and on days off
-Vehicle commissions and monthly volume and incentive bonuses. Generous aftermarket and accessory spiff program. Bonuses paid on products sold in finance department to your customers. -All in, we pay out over $600 per vehicle sold on average (salary, bonus, commission, spiffs) -This is a great opportunity for a professional, motivated auto salesperson earning $50,000-$60,000 per year to make a move and earn $70,000-$80,000 right away with even greater potential as you grow with Acura and Acura of Libertyville
