Acura of Libertyville hosts ongoing training events exclusively for customers who purchased their New or Certified Pre-Owned Acura at Acura of Libertyville to become familiar with our dealership, the benefits they are entitled to as an Acura owner, and ongoing technology training.  In addition to these scheduled opportunities, New Acura and Certified Pre-Owned owners are also welcome to contact your Sales Consultant or Service Advisor at any time for a more in-depth explanation of anything related to your vehicle.

Monthly New Owner's Clinics

New Owner's Clinics cover important information about Acura of Libertyville and the benefits you are entitled to as an Acura Owner.  We typically have attendance of 35-50 of new owners, certified pre-owned owners, and repeat customers that would like to get updated on the customer amenities that we offer and current benefits from Acura.

New Owner's Clinics are hosted by Glenn Bockwinkel (General Manager/Co-Owner), David Donovan (Body Shop Director/Co-Owner), Shelly Berg (Service Manager), and Eric Leys (General Sales Manager).

We also provide introductions to our Service Department, Libertyville Auto Body and show you how to schedule a service appointment online.

Technology Clinics
Technology Clinics are held once per month, typically on a Wednesday evening, from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.  Please review the calendar below for upcoming technology class dates and times.  Technology Clinic attendance is limited exclusively to those who have purchased or leased a New or Certified Pre-Owned vehicle at Acura of Libertyville.  We rotate among topics covered at our Technology Clinics:
- Bluetooth / Acura Handsfreelink
- Navigation System
- Personalized Settings / Maintenance Minder

Technology Clinics take an in-depth approach to providing information on specific technology areas in your Acura vehicle.  The first hour covers important elements of operation and use of the technology, complete with tips and tricks that will help you get the most use out of your new Acura.  The second hour is focused on 1-on-1 instruction to handle specific problems and concerns as well as providing an open forum for questions and answers.
